Not just books-but also from magazine articles. I found the easiest thing to do is click the "free pattern links" button at the top of the page, then use the search bar in the upper right corner. There have even been times when I would find a book at a fiber festival. They also have a wonderful blog with news items from the knitting world, regular features on spinning and dyeing, and free giveaways!! #6 Ravelry. Although I've done this stitch many times, I always like to watch a video tutorial before starting to remind me of the steps. (Or you can just type in a store's name and get this information.)
